Using PowerSchool for Student Registration | Posted 7/26/24
We are excited to announce that we are now using PowerSchool for all student registration. This platform will simplify monitoring your child's academic progress and streamline registration.
How to Get Started:

Create Your Account: Enter the following details:

Alert for Students Who Have Failed a Class
If a student has failed a class and cannot retake the class at Newark due to a scheduling conflict, it is the student’s responsibility to pay to take the class elsewhere in order to make up the credit! Permission to take a class outside Newark High School is required before the student registers for the class.

Create Your Account: Enter the following details:
- Name: Your first and last name
- Email: Student notifications and correspondence related to your parent account will be sent to this email
- Username: Your username is your unique PowerSchool identity
- Password: Your password must be at least 8 characters long
- Student Access Information: Information for a minimum of one student, including the student name, Access ID, Access Password, and your relationship to the student
